  • Western Section – comprised of 14 counties: Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Edgefield, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Newberry, Oconee, Pickens, Saluda, Spartanburg, and Union.
  • Central Section – comprised of 18 counties: Aiken, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun, Chester, Chesterfield, Clarendon, Darlington, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lancaster, Lee, Lexington, Marlboro, Orangeburg, Richland, Sumter, and York
